Excellent friendly service and explained everything well throughout. Much better experience than I have had with Startstone in Leeds. Will be sure to use them regularly in the future.

I could have avoided a second appointment. I understand that there will be a duplicate charge for the engineer to write up his notes. The manager did assist with this issue on site.

Handled the recall efficiently and booked the work quickly. The home collection and return was handled very well.

Work carried out was fine. Some issues with getting extra work done. New tyre needed, after some discussion told this could be done next day. Heard nothing all day so I phoned up and was told nothing done, been left all day as didn't order the tyre

Charged for diagnostic work that had previously been diagnosed (had advised this) to be told that work could not be covered under extended comprehensive warranty Work was subsequently completed under warranty
