Having just set off for our holidays we were very grateful to be able to drive in and receive attention and support to rectify the problem and get us mobile again. Staff were helpful and accommodating, showroom was warm, refreshments available.

Sadly, there was no loan car available on the day, so I took advantage of the "Pick-up / Drop-Off" service; ideal for people who need to be at home (or some other single location) but not for those who may need to be on the move throughout the day.

Did well to fit me in at short notice which was good but then left me waiting around a long time when collecting the car

I 'deducted' a star because when I requested an appointment via internet originally, the email that came back was a generic 'your car is booked for an appointment' but lacked precise details as to when and what was to happen next. Was a bit confusing

on a end of warranty check I was given the results for a vehicle clearly not mine, rectified after a further time delay. Pity the poor soul who thought their car had no issues leaving the dealership

The car went in for a full day to have a number of interior 'rattles ' silenced however, the car has had to be re-booked for a much deeper investigation as only 1 of the rattles has been fixed.

Loved being able to check out the other cars for sale on site. Entertainment area was a little limited - no newspapers, games console out of order. Only snacks available were malted milk biscuits, drinks machine terribly dusty. Car nicely washed.

repair. There was no offer from yourselves to look to repair the tyre. This left me feeling like BMW were simply trying to make money out of me. This is further backed up by the fact I had the tyre checked at a local firm only to be told it was not..

The fault the car came in with, is still present. Also, very unhappy with the courtesy car. Was told the diesel fuel tank was full. After doing 30 miles, it cost me over £17.00 to re-fuel. Together with paying £10.00 towards insurance, not happy.

Unfortunately we experienced theft from the vehicle during the time it was left with bmw. We received a message from JCT600 asking for details of what happened, so we took the time to send an email which they never bothered to respond to.
